We are Sherry and Ivica, a Taiwanese American-Croatian couple in pursuit of happiness through financial independence and real estate investing, ever since we met, on international waters. We hope you will enjoy following our journey and finding inspiration in it for your adventures.

As advocates of “early retirement” we will aim for our insights to resonate with you and encourage you to think outside the box and better yourself towards your goals. Why wait until you are old to retire and enjoy the benefits of your hard labor? Why spend the most precious resource you will ever own – your time – doing things that don’t fulfill you or make you happy? These questions are our journey’s leading lights that will guide us to financial freedom and, one day, allow us to devote all our energies to people and experiences that enrich us and make us truly happy. One such experience that we are deeply passionate about, is traveling and exploring new places; on our pages, and perhaps on your journeys, we intend to encourage you to go somewhere you never thought you would.
